The County Clerk is responsible for the daily operations of the County Clerk's Office. Duties include county invoice payments, issuance of marriage licenses, maintaining voter registration records, county probate files, county payroll and Equalization Board Secretary. The Clerk is Secretary to the Quorum Court and prepares the Budget Account Figures.
